2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide access to the courses and sessions you are enrolled in.
- To process payments and apply coupon discounts correctly.
- To send notifications about exam results, session reminders, and enrollment status — by email and/or in-app notification.
- To allow linked parents to track their child's progress, attendance, and exam results.
- To detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, and abuse of the platform.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only with: (a) the instructor of a course you're enrolled in, for teaching and grading purposes; (b) linked parent accounts, as described above; (c) our payment gateway provider, strictly to process transactions.
4. Data Security
Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing. Access to student and payment data is restricted by role (student, parent, instructor, admin) and is logged for security review.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and academic records for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal and academic record-keeping obligations.

You may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us through the details on our About Us page, subject to any academic or legal record-keeping requirements.
