Welcome to Egyptian Emperors Academy. By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or using any part of our platform, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. Students under 18 should be registered with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who may also create a linked parent account to track progress and manage payments.

2. Course Enrollment and Access

Enrollment in a course requires submitting a join request, which is subject to instructor or administrator approval. Approved students are assigned to a group, and access to specific sessions is granted at the instructor's discretion based on that group. The Academy reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke access to any session at any time.

3. Payments

Session prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Payment in full is required before access to any paid session or content is granted, unless otherwise approved by an administrator. Online payments processed through our payment gateway partner are automatically verified upon successful completion. Manual payments, including InstaPay and Vodafone Cash transfers, require review and approval by the instructor or an administrator before access is granted. The Academy reserves the right to reject or cancel enrollment if payment cannot be verified.

4. Recorded Content and Intellectual Property

All recorded sessions, exam content, and course materials are the intellectual property of the Academy and its instructors. Recording, downloading, screen-capturing, or redistributing any session content without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and legal action.

5. Exams

Exams are drawn randomly from a question bank and may differ between attempts. The number of allowed attempts per exam is set by the instructor. Any attempt to cheat, share answers, or use unauthorized assistance during an exam may result in disqualification.

6. Code of Conduct

Students and parents are expected to communicate respectfully with instructors and staff. The Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this code of conduct, engage in fraudulent payment activity, or attempt to circumvent the platform's access controls.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
